We couldn't believe how high some retailers shipping costs were. Charging up to $400 for delivery.

Despite the larger size of the chairs, we have decided to provide you with the most competitive rates in the industry.

This includes: free shipping to Melbourne!

Free shipping to Melbourne does no apply for more than one hanging chair.

Easy Returns:

We know it can be hard buying something on the internet. Not being able to see the physical product which can make it hard to decide which product is right for you. 

We've got you covered, if you are not happy with your purchase let us know and we will be happy to take it back. You may choose a full refund or another item from our product list as a replacement. If the replacement product is cheaper than the initial product we will refund you the difference. If it is more expensive we will happily offer you the new item at a discounted rate.

Unfortunately if the item has already been installed, we are unable to resell it so in this instance we cannot accept a return.

Customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
